Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping Costs - Please figure your shipping costs by using the following chart:

up to $25 -- add $6.95
$25 to $50 -- add $7.95
$50 to $90 -- add $9.95
$90 to $150 -- add $11.95
$150 plus -- add 9%

Returns - No returns on open or used items. All items purchased online can be returned if found defective or have missing parts. Kindly contact us first before returning any item for a refund or credit within 30 days - OR - please try to contact the manufacturer of the product as they may be able to solve your problem with quicker results.

Stock Status of Items - Although we try our hardest to keep a fair amount of stock on hand, we also have a retail store so there are times when items may not be readily available online. We usually can get the item back in and your order out within a week. If there is a problem, you will be notified ASAP.

Rocket Motors - All motors, reloads, and igniters will have to be shipped via USPS--Parcel Post. Please allow extra shipping time for Parcel Post as it can take an additional 4 - 10 days.
